- Stenographer Grade ‘C :- :-18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2024,
i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.1994 and not later than 01.08.2006 are eligible to apply.
- Stenographer Grade ‘D’ :- 18 to 27 years as on 01.08.2024, i.e.,
Candidates born not before 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2006 are eligible to apply
- Age Relaxation To Reserved Category Candidates As Per Guidelines In This Regard.

Educational Qualification (as on as on July 01, 2024)
- Candidates Should Possess 12th standard or equivalent.
- Stenographer Group D Transcription :- English 50 Minutes | Hindi 65 Minutes
- Stenographer Group C Transcription :- English 40 Minutes | Hindi 55 Minutes
